Can you imagine Louis Michel had to display a good amount of exasperation to get some action from the Congolese government. All of sudden they arrest rebels! Now we'll see if these warlords will be reinstated in the national army like the others. They're trying to resolve these things within 6 months, what were they doing during the past 2 years? Only in Congo ... I am so exasperated Ali :(
I'm taking my time to read the new constitution. Asking questions around and stuff. I'm not sure folks in Kinshasa really care they just want the elections to happen. I mean I've been asking around and the general concensus seems to be "f*** that we want the elections in june, we'll deal with the rest later"...
