Coalition for Darfour has an article on the crisis in Katanga. It is true that we haven't heard from the south Congo in a while, and this is a welcomed article. It basically addresses the massive problem of internally displaced people in Katanga, and their desperate need for humanitarian help, and care and attention from the political leadership of the country.
