Beirut opposition plans next moveWOW! Things are going so fast, that it is quite hard to keep up. I am sure Mr. Hariri would be happy to see that he was that important of a figure in the hearts and minds of his people, that his death could trigger such a chain reaction, and the rise of the "people power" that we have seen. And the International community - though I have to wonder what on earth they were waiting for the past 5 years or so - is joining in the pressure. Even the almighty Saudi Arabia... who does have quite a bit to lose here. Will Pres. Al-Assad respond soon? It seems like he does not have the choice now... quite interesting developments, really.
Lebanese opposition leaders are considering whether to take part in talks to form a new government.
