Offbeat - DR Congo: Regional perceptions...

Headline: Congolese Put Down Their Guitars, Pick Up the Jembe

Am African Great Lakes region journalist gives a commentary on the peception of the social roles past, present and future of Congolese people in the region.
This is a perspective that my nationalism/patriotism does not allow me to totally agree with; it is nevertheless a interesting view of my fellow Congolese people, and a rare insight into how we are perceived by our neighbours. Good read!
