If my fellow bloggers, and my readers would allow me, I would like to bring a note of sarcasm here, to say "If you are brown, black and/or poor, the G5 says 'we don't want you'!!!" It is unbelievable to see the length at which the Western coutries in general, and the former colonizers in particular, will go to avoid the logical consequences of their past policies. They created a certain dynamic with slavery, colonialism and their "spheres of influence", they kept their racism, and they stopped having babies; and now they are trying to hide from the resulting demographic problems.
